What is my tracking number and can I track my parcel online?
Normally
we ship the products within 3-5 business days after
payment. However if you required a special order
such as name and numbering on the shirt, it may
take up to 7-10 days to customized your shirts.
The usual delivery period for standard shipment
is 10-20 days, and 3-10 days for express mail(EMS);
however, it could take up to 3-5 weeks depending
on destinations, customs check, or any others unusual
processes that might occur. For example, most military
addresses have high security checks, thus your
order might be bounced back to us. Item shipped by EMS
can be tracked online and
also required a signature of delivery at the end
destination. Thus, please make sure that there is
somebody signed for it. In case of lost, we will
send you a replacement and report the post office
to start investigation of the lost. We counts 45 days as lost
for standard shipping and 25 days for express shipping(EMS).
