and request a return. Then, by a KitOutlet.com representative,
you will be asked if you wish to exchange or return
the item for a refund. In either case you will be
required to ship, prepaid and ensured the defective
item(s), to KitOutlet.com. Upon repair or replacement,
your product(s) will be shipped to you at our expense.

Satisfaction guaranteed, without hassle and/or
no question asked. If you are not satisfied with
our original product, you can return it with in 30
days of purchase with unused condition and get 100%
money back of the return item(s). Original invoiced
shipping and handling charges are not refunable. Customer
is responsible for all shipping and handling charges
for product return.
"Original product" means any
plain jersey, shirt, and short that do not have any
customized orders. Thus, letters (name and number)
and crests can not be returned. For example, personalized
shirt can be returned and get your money deducted
the customized costs.

Procedures
Please contact us before
returning in order to get a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and the return address. Write down
your RAN and the return address on the envelop and
mail it back to KitOutlet.com. You will get your money
back within a week after we have recieved the items.
All refunds will be placed on the credit card used
for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 cycled
bills from the day we recieved your package for the
credit to appear on your statement.
